THE Jacket

I was digging in the closet last week, and I found my old TEP jacket! I LOVE that jacket. It's. the. best. jacket... EVAR!!

While you can only (comfortably) wear the thick varsity jackets when it's cold out, you can wear the baseball jacket Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall. AND, the back has the big, deluxe, silver-accented crest; not the small, black-back crest. (I need to post a pic of that later).  Posted by Hello

Diplomatic turf war grips Israel

People are people, everywhere, all the time... Israel's two top diplomats are locked in an uncivil row involving their wives, Madonna and a photo opportunity. Why can't people grow and become "better"? Why can't we move forward!

Sinatra was THE MAN!!

100 POUNDS OF WHAT!?!?!

Sinatra was the man, even if it's not true, as long as it's in print... he is... the man.

COJONES!

This guy has HUGE, BRASS COJONES!! Not only did he claim to work EVERY day for a six month period (except Christmas), with many of them being 23 hour work days, but he claimed to have worked OVER 28 HOURS IN ONE DAY!!! BALLS!!

During the investigation, it turned out that on some of those days, his credit card records showed he had been in Paris... ON VACATION!

Fire Insurance

This guy tired to get something for nothing, and got... something. Then, he got a little more. Read here. This story made me feel good.

Used Computers

Old Credit Reports Found on Used Computer. Here is a great example of why you should remove the hard drive before selling or throwing away your old computer, even if it's "trashed".

And, this is also why companies should make sure their "compter guy(s)" are not just book smart, but "real world smart". I mean, who cares if your tech is certified by Bill Gates himself, if he doesn't have basic computer knowledge, like making sure your information (your customers' actually) isn't secure.

A little knowledge...

There's a saying "A little knowledge is a dangerous thing." I'd rather paraphrase it as "A little knowledge, mixed with a lot of ignorance, is a dangerous thing." Here's a good story that's a PERFECT example: Justice Radio

The "hacker" has yet to return.

'shopped Superman

A pic of the new Superman was released not long ago, and already there are DOZENS of 'shopped versions of it. Some are great, some are TOO funny. Check them out: The Awful Forums - Superman Returns.

hehe... "Man of Steel".

Marvel got BUSTED!!

I guess Marvel just got busted. See the ongoing discussion on Mark Millar's site, entitled "Millarworld > Magneto is the king of Spain". Seems someone 'shopped (short for "photoshopped") a photo of Juan Carlos I, the current King of Spain, to look like Magneto (Marvel villain) for a cover of an upcoming comic book. It's not that great a job of covering up that fact. Bad Marvel, Bad! And, I think they're not too happy with that over in "Ethpania" (that's "Spain" as pronounced in Castellano=Castillian).
